Due to the nature of our products (personal care and wellness), we do not accept returns of used or opened items for hygiene and safety reasons.

2. Non-Returnable Items

– Opened or used skincare, haircare, or wellness products
– Items purchased during final sales or promotional campaigns
– Gift cards or free items received as part of a promo

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
