booking, please take a moment to review our policies to ensure a smooth and

personalized experience.

 

1. Scheduling Your Appointment

● All first-time clients begin with a consultation to assess their hair, beard, scalp, or

skin needs. Any other service booked first will require a consultation at your visit.

● Bookings can be made via our booking site, phone, Whatsapp, Instagram DM.

● To secure your preferred date and time, we recommend booking in advance.

● Walk-ins are welcome if space permits.

 

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

● Life happens! Please give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or

reschedule.

● Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a 10% fee.

 

3. Late Arrivals

● If you anticipate being late, please contact us immediately.

● Late arrivals may result in a shorter session to avoid impacting other clients’

bookings.

 

4. No-Shows

● Missing your appointment without notice affects both our schedule and otherclients.

● No-shows will be charged 50% of the booked service.

● Rescheduled appointments must be redeemed within 30 days, or the payment

will be forfeited.

 

5. Payment

● Appointments are secured only after payment or confirmed booking.

● Our specialists reserve time exclusively for you, so prompt booking ensures your

slot is held.

● Reminder notifications will be sent 24 hours prior to your appointment. Please

confirm to secure your booking.

 

6. Preparing for Your Visit

● Come with your hair, skin just as it is

● Photos may be taken before, during, and after your session to track progress

and document results.

● Please follow any specific instructions provided for your booked service (e.g., no

hair products before a scalp analysis.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

To ensure a smooth experience for all clients, please read our cancellation and no-show

policies carefully. By booking with Okunriin Haven, you agree to these terms.

 

Cancellations & No-Shows

● Failure to show up for your scheduled appointment, or not giving at least 24

hours’ notice, will result in a 50% cancellation fee of the booked service.

● Appointment delays of more than 25 minutes may incur a 10% lateness fee and

could require rescheduling.

● Delays under 25 minutes will be deducted from your scheduled appointment

time.

Arriving on Time

● Please be considerate of other clients’ schedules by arriving on time.

● Late arrivals may result in your session being shortened, rescheduled, or a longer

wait until your provider becomes available.

● A 10% fee may apply for late arrivals.

 

Reminders

● We provide appointment reminders via text, email, or phone.

● A confirmation will be sent 24 hours prior to your session — please check and

confirm your appointment to avoid rescheduling.

 

Rescheduling

● If a missed or rescheduled appointment occurs, the service must be redeemed

within 30 days, or payment will be forfeited.

● Future appointments for clients who no-show may be scheduled at the discretion

of Okunriin Haven.
